  • Bachelor  Degree any discipline
  • Experience 5 years at similar position in retail business
Specific skills :
  • Training and Facilitation skills
  • Service Quality Project Management
  • Design Development, implementation of Service Quality Standard
  • Understanding of Retail Business Processes
  • Relevant Computer skills
  • Initiative and Creative
  • Excellence in English Communication ( oral & written )
