Branch Admin

Tugas dan tanggungjawab :
  • Mengawasi seluruh kegiatan administrasi di kantor pemasaran.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak agen/ partner atas kelengkapan dokumen Pengajuan Polis Asuransi Jiwa (PPAJ)
  • Memeriksa dan memonitor proses pengiriman dokumen PPAJ
  • Membuat laporan yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan operasional cabang.
  • Mambantu dalam kegiatan training di cabang
  • Menerima pembayaran dari agen dan menyetor ke bank sesuai jadwal dari kantor pusat.
  • Membantu costumer service bagi nasabah dan agen yang datang ke kantor cabang.
  • Posisi ini bertanggung jawab langsung lepada Assistant Manager Branch Operation di kantor pusat Jakarta.

Kualifikasi :
  • Laki-laki / Perempuan
  • Usia 22 – 30 Tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 dari semua jurusan.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun bekerja di bidang asuransi jiwa, khususnya di bagian New Business/ Underwriting/ Administrasi
  • Mahir komputer (excel & word)
  • Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik (lisan & tulisan)
  • Memahami prosedur dan tugas-tugas administrasi

COUNTRY MANAGER

Responsibilities
  • Business development;
  • Building and managing relationships with clients and executives;
  • Building and managing a strong team in Indonesia;
  • Execution of senior level executive search assignments, whether developed alone or by other parts of the organization;
  • PR and positioning of the executive search firm towards the local market;
  • Ideally to be part of one or more cross-border industry practice groups;
  • Working with country organizations to strengthen relations with client companies in respective countries;
  • This person will be the legal representative of the company.
PROFILE
  • Indonesian national
  • Likely to be 30-50 years old, but we will not limit the search by this range
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Track record in sales in a B2B company, Management Consulting or General Management is a benefit, but the successful candidate might also have gained experience outside these functional areas
  • Fluent spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must, knowledge of other languages will be an asset

Job Profile & Description
  • We are searching for a passionate and innovative digital strategist with 4 to 6 years of direct related experience in a creative or media environment.

Key Tasks
